Banana Oatmeal Protein Pancakes


  • 2 eggs

  • 1 large banana

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • Handful of almonds 

  • Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder of choice

  • Optional: Dash of Cinnamon

  • Optional: Dash of vanilla extract


  1. Put the eggs, banana, oats & almonds in a blender. Blend until thick with no chunks. (Pro Tip: The magic bullet works wonders for this recipe.)

  2. Pour into a large bowl.

  3. Add protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

  4. Mix well until thick like pancake batter. Hint: If the batter seems runny/watery you can add a little more blended oats/almonds to thicken it up..

  5. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a dash of coconut oil (any type of cooking spray works as well).

  6. Place 1/4 cup batter into the pan and cook for about 1.5 min. Then flip to the other side and cook for 1 min or until golden brown.

  7. Serve with a spoonful of nut butter on top & any type of your favorite fruits!

*If you don't have a blender you can put the banana in the bowl and mash with a fork and then manually mix in the remaining ingredients.
